Common Queries Answered

How does delivering sessions with Be Active Hampshire work?

We offer flexible ways to work together. You can either bring your own participants and manage your sessions independently, or we can refer people into your sessions through our sign-up and referral pathways. We'll chat with you about what works best based on your setup, experience and local demand.

Will I need to find my own participants?

Only if you prefer to. Some providers choose to run their own groups and fill their sessions themselves. Others prefer us to help signpost participants into their sessions. We’re happy to support you with either option.

Can I choose how I deliver?

Yes. We’ll work with you one-to-one to decide the best way forward—based on your preferences, availability, and capacity. It’s a flexible partnership, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Who is responsible for data and reporting?

If you're running your own sessions independently, you'll be responsible for collecting participant data. If we’re referring participants into your sessions, we’ll share those data capture responsibilities with you. Either way, we'll provide guidance and tools to make this straightforward.
